Payment Information

::  Payments are due at the time of service, and payment is accepted in the form of cash, check or major credit card.  Session Fees are $150.00 per session.

::  Insurance is not accepted, however, receipts can be provided which will provide applicable clinical information for insurance claims if you want to file out-of-network claims yourself for reimbursement of your payments.  You will want to check with your insurance company regarding your insurance coverage, benefits, policies and procedures for out-of-network reimbursement filing and what to expect on reimbursement amounts and timeframe of your reimbursement payments.
